project story
Developed as an initial concept for one of Addis Ababa's most ambitious landscape projects, the proposal reimagines the river corridor as a continuous public asset that supports recreation, environmental restoration, and urban connectivity. The design introduces green spaces, pedestrian routes, gathering areas, and recreational facilities along the entire river network.

By combining ecological restoration with public infrastructure, the project establishes a framework for long term environmental improvement and community engagement. The vision transforms underutilised riverfront areas into vibrant destinations that connect neighbourhoods, encourage active lifestyles, and enhance the overall urban experience.
